About TASC

The College aims to serve the educational requirements of the people of Trikaripur and surrounding areas of Kasaragod District and Kannur District, most of who are economically and socially backward. The individual growth is impossible without educational development. This prompted the management to establish a College in this backward area. Education for all and round development is the declared objective of the institution.

The college aims to

  • Equip the students with advanced learning and thereby help them to reach higher rungs of the social ladder.
  • Guide the students to identify their positions as members of the society in general and that of the student community of the country in particular.
  • Improve the quality of labour force and thereby make the pupils fit to serve the needs of the overseas labour markets, especially of the Middle East.
  • Uplift the youngsters of this area socially and culturally so as to make them responsible citizens.
  • Inculcate the spirit of social service and make the students mentally ready to share with the society what they get from the College.

The College maintains an atmosphere best suited for the achievement of its objectives. The management of the College is in the hands of a team of dedicated persons, which makes the pursuance of the lofty ideals of the institution all the more easy.

Education is a life-long learning process. Learning happens all the time; not only in a pre-designated place called the educational institution. It happens in the home, between home and educational institution too. The home’s and college’s mission therefore is to provide a learning environment and opportunities to the students as the learners.
